Dear Bands and Artists, do you want to perform at Lorbass Gelnhausen? Apply now!

Rock? Metal? Punk? Hip-Hop? Comedy? For over 45 years, we provide a stage for every genre and every form of art.

Due to the overwhelming interest, this application form has been created. We are currently planning the live season from September 2026 to May 2027.

Applications submitted by October 1, 2026, will receive a response by email. Please understand that applications received after this date will not receive a reply due to the volume of applications.

Please do not send additional inquiries via email outside of this form. Your applications will be categorized by genre and not deleted. If you do not receive a direct booking, you will automatically be added to our artist pool.

Privacy notice for band applications

The controller responsible for data processing is Lorbass UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Obermarkt 1, 63571 Gelnhausen, Germany (contact details see Imprint).

What data and why: The data you enter in this form (including name, email, phone number, band information and links) is processed solely to review your application and to get in touch with you.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (handling your request and our legitimate interest in selecting bands for performances).

Storage: Your application is stored in our database and forwarded by email to our booking team. We keep it for future performance opportunities in our artist pool until you request its deletion.

Recipients: Your data is not shared with uninvolved third parties. For technical operation we use carefully selected service providers (processors): hosting of the website including database and uploaded files at Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany); sending of the notification email via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA); receipt in our email mailbox at Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Where data is transferred to providers based in the USA (Resend), this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection at any time. An informal email to info.lorbass@gmail.com is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
